TASSONE, Saverio (Sam) - January 26, 1941 – October 6, 2018
After a lengthy illness, at Scarborough General Hospital on Saturday, October 6th, 2018 at 77 years of age.
Loving father of Joe (Jackie), Marie Jr. (Steve) and Sam Jr. (Cindy).
Beloved Nonno to his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Saverio will be fondly remembered by Marie Sr., his sisters and brothers, Anna (the late Gelindo), Tosca (Ted), Ersilia (Joe), Libero (Laura), Natale (Paula) and his extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Friday, October 12th from 10:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. JOHN THE EVANGELIST PARISH, 903 Gifford Street, Whitby on Friday, October 12th at 1:00 p.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
