GILCHRIST, Robert (Bob / Rob) Stewart - March 17, 1939 – October 7, 2018
Bob passed away at home suddenly on Sunday, October 7, 2018.
He survived a number of surgeries and health issues over the past 20 years but died unexpectedly of a heart attack.
Luckily he had celebrated Thanksgiving with his immediate family just prior to his death.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife Vickie (Kobelski), sister Judy Fabick of Vancouver, B.C., sister in law Kathy Kobelski, cousin Betty Chandler, second cousins Leslie Chandler, David Sparkes and their spouses and children.
A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, October 15, 2018 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at the Newcastle Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Port Hope Northumberland Community Health Centre or the Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation or Dogguides of Canada.
