POWER, Patrick John - Surrounded by the love of his family.
Patrick John Power peacefully passed away October 4th, after complications from heart surgery.
Patrick was vibrant in life.
He was a craftsman at heart and his talents and passion for poetry, children’s literature, woodworking and music will be forever enjoyed by his family and friends.
Pat was devoted husband to Helen Power (Darbyson) and adored father to Shannon Power, (Tom Latulipe), Johanna Malone (Bob Malone) and Sarah Power-Smith (late Jeff Smith).
He will forever live on through his grandchildren: Aidan, Thomas, Owen, Jack, Olivia and Gavin. Pat will be fondly remembered by his brothers Len (Joan), Al (late Fran), Michael (Janet) & Paul (Pam) and will be incredibly missed by his extended family, friends and all who had the great pleasure of knowing him.
Family and friends are invited to join Patrick’s family in an Irish celebration of life.
The celebration will be held at the Newcastle Community Hall located at: 20 King St., Ave. W L1C 1R3 on October 28th – 1-6 pm.
In lieu of flower, donations to St. Michaels Hospital or your preferred children’s charity would be appreciated.
