Loving husband of the late Marjorie (Ginn).
Beloved father of Susan (Paul) Locke and Robert (Edita) Demare.
Cherished grandfather of Jason (Jessyca), Katie and Sebastian. Predeceased by parents Heinrich and Margarete and brother Klaus Demare.
Came to Canada from Germany in 1952. Worked for 40 years at 3M Canada in London.
Moved to Taunton Mills Retirement Home in Whitby in 2016 where he enjoyed the closeness of family. Special appreciation to Taunton Mills Staff and the staff on 9G at Lakeridge Health.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend memorial visitation at MOUNT LAWN FUNERAL HOME, 21 Garrard Rd. Whitby (905-443-3376) on Saturday January 12th, 2019 from 1:30 until time of service in the chapel at 2:30 p.m.
