LAPA, B. Matthew – (September 20, 1940 – January 20, 2019) -
Died peacefully on Sunday, January 20, 2019 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at the age of 78.
Matthew was predeceased by his wife Marilyn Lapa (nee Bilenduke).
Beloved father of Christopher Lapa (Sheri), Loretta Traynor (Christopher), and Mitchell Lapa, of Winnipeg. Dear grandfather of Bradley, Samuel, Adelaide and Joseph.
Dear brother of Edward Lapa (Jean) of Pembroke and the late Jean Szewczyk.
Friends may call at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME , 124 King Street East, Oshawa on Sunday, January 27th from 2-4pm and 6-8pm.
Funeral Mass at St. Gregory the Great Church (Simcoe and Adelaide) on Monday, January 28th at 1:30pm. Interment Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, Whitby.
Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be greatly appreciated.
