FERNS, Gordon Albert Oliver - Passed away surrounded by family at North York General Hospital on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 in his 87th year.
Beloved husband to the late Florence “Floss”.
Loving father to Bruce (May), Diane, Lynn (Brian), David (Denise), Kevin, Teresa and Karen.
Proud grandfather to Tiffany (Omi), Kelsey (Sean), Patrick, Christine, Ashley (Graeme), Robert, Katelyn, Duncan and Jessica.
Great grandfather to Hazel, Keira, Brennen and Nathan. Brother to Jean Mahowski and Doris Hamilton.
Gordon will also be missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family and “friends”.
Visitation will be held at the Low and Low Funeral Home, Uxbridge, on Thursday, February 7, 2019 from 2p.m. to 4p.m. and 7p.m. to 9p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday, February 8, 2019 at 1p.m. with visitation for one hour prior. Immediately following the service, a reception will be held on the lower level.
Donations in memory of Gordon may be made to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation, SickKids Foundation or the Wounded Warriors Canada.
