GOWER, Betty - August 30, 1921 – February 6, 2019
Passed away peacefully at the Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Wednesday, February 6th, 2019, in her 98th year.
Predeceased by her husband Douglas Gower.
Loving mother of Brian (Isabelle), and Susan Lymer (Jim).
Cherished grandmother of Neil, Peter, Lyndsay, Tyler and Colin.
Great grandmother of Ewan, Colm, Torin, Grayson, and Ella.
Predeceased by her brother Thomas Charles Richards and survived by sister-in-law Norah.
Betty was born in Sussex, England. Came to Canada as a war bride in 1946. Employed by Bell Canada as a phone operator.
