HECTOR, Kimberley - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kim Hector on Monday, March 4th 2019.
Kim passed away peacefully surrounded by her devoted husband Rich, her children Amy and Brian and her mother Joan.
She will always be remembered fondly for her incredible bravery and strength, her natural ability to make everyone feel at home, and of course her amazing cooking.
Kim’s affection, optimism and kindness touched everyone who was privileged to be part of her life, and are attributes to portrait as we continue along our own paths.
There will not be a formal service at this time; however, a small family gathering to celebrate her life will take place at a later date.
The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the team at Markham-Stouffville hospital for their exceptional care throughout Kim’s long battle with cancer.
Kim, Mom: we will miss you dearly, remember you always and love you forever.
