HEAP, Carolyn Estelle – Peacefully on Thursday May 16, 2019 at Mackenzie Health in Richmond Hill, at the age of 40.
Carolyn loved fiancé of Jake Halfern.
Beloved daughter of Megan Heap and her husband Bill Palmer, and the late Jerry Heap.
Dear sister of Gordon Heap, and cherished aunt of Trent and Sydnie.
Carolyn is predeceased by her granny, Effie Kimmerly, whom she shared a very special relationship with.
A Celebration of Carolyn’s Life will be held on Friday June 7th at 11am at Northminster United Church, (Simcoe and Rossland), Oshawa with visitation from 10am also at the church.
Memorial donations to the Ontario Federation for Cerebral Palsy would be greatly appreciated by Carolyn’s family.
