BRANCH, Robert (Bob) - (Longtime Employee of Austin Smith Carpet Cleaning)
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Robert on May 30, 2019.
Robert was born on July 22nd, 1934.
Robert is survived by his loving wife Joan, son Allan, daughter Shari-Lynn (Jim), grandchildren Colten, Taylor and Kassandra.
Robert was predeceased by his parents Walter and Evalyne Branch and brothers Don (Bernice) and John (Laura).
Cherished uncle to Donna (Bill), Bill (Bibian), Michael, Anne-Marie (Greg), Kevin (Cathy), Tammy (Mauro), Tracy and Allan (Denyse).
Robert was Past President of Kiwanis and he was also inducted into the Oshawa Sports Hall of Fame as Manager of the Oshawa Juvenile Hockey Team 1957-58.
He had many passions including gardening, music and his family.
Robert will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.
Visitation will be held at Oshawa Funeral Home, on Monday, June 3rd from 6 – 8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, June 4th at 11:00 a.m.
