PATRICK, Lisa J. – Passed away peacefully with family by her side at the Lakeridge Health Corporation – Oshawa on Monday June 3rd, 2019, in her 68th year.
Dearly beloved wife of Terry for 47 years.
Loving mother of Colin (Kellie), Stacey Grabowski (Dean) and Gary.
Cherished nanny of Ariel & Isaac.
Dear daughter of Hilda Anstey and the late Leonard.
Survived by her sister Susan Anstey (Nick).
Lisa will be remembered for her strength, humour, loyalty to her family and friends, and always being committed to all her endeavors.

Family and friends are welcome to attend a Celebration of Life gathering at the family home on Sunday June 30th, 2019 from 1:00 to 4:00 PM.
