LEHMAN, Bruce Stanley Lehman - (November 16th, 1931 - May 31st, 2019) - It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our Dad, Bruce Stanley Lehman.

At 87 years of age, Bruce died peacefully at Newmarket Health Centre on May 31st, 2019 after a lengthy journey with Alzheimer's Disease.

Bruce was predeceased by Joan Craig Lehman, his son Jeffery, his brothers Jack & Alvin and parents Wesley & Arvilla. Loving father to Daniel & his wife Pat, Julie & her husband John and Dianne & her husband David.

Caring Granddad to Benjamin & Rachel, Emm a& Jenish, Rebekah & Azamat, Samantha & Ken, Jessica, Madeline and Sophia & 4 great grandsons.

Bruce was a good friend & brother in law to Rowena and the entire Craig family and will be missed & fondly remembered by many nieces & nephews.

He was a faithful friend to Eileen and everyone who knew him always appreciated his wit and gentle manner.

Growing up in Claremont, raising a family in Ashburn, working in Whitby & retiring in Oshawa Bruce gave generously of his time and was well respected in all his communities.

As the Parts Manager at Nurse Chev Olds & because of his love of old convertibles, he was everyone’s “go-to guy” for all our car needs.  As hard working as he was he earned trips with other parts managers across the region & vacations became a great perk.

Visitation will be held at the McEachnie Funeral Home, Ajax, on Friday June 14th from 6-9 p.m. as well as on Saturday June 15th at 1 p.m. followed by a funeral service in the chapel at 2 p.m.  Reception to follow at the Ashburn Community Centre.

In lieu of flowers, donations to an Act of Kindness, Amnesty International or a CHARITY of your choice are greatly appreciated.
