CAMPBELL, Thomas A.D. - Passed away with his loving family by his side at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Saturday June 8th, 2019 at the age of 63 years.
Tom, beloved husband of Carol.
Loving father of Michael, Carol-Anne, Tiffany (Sal), Lee-Anne and Tommy (Val).
Predeceased by his son Shane.
Cherished grandfather of Tryston, Kingston, Nicole, Jessica, Kayla, William, Connor, Hailey, Kiki, Jayce, Thomas Jr. and Shane. Adoring great grandfather of Myla, Peyton and Wynnie.
Dear brother to Sharon (Bill), Barry (Tracy) and Kerry (Christine). Predeceased by his brother Arthur.
Will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, family, friends and his best friend and companion Beeno the family dog.
