CONNER, David John - At the age of 66 David John Conner, born in Toronto on April 19th 1955, passed away suddenly while recovering from surgery on April 8th 2022.
He lived in Whitby for over 30 years and is survived by beloved family, his wife of 41 years Georgia, and his two children, Emma, and James with his wife Jennifer and their son Bowen.
He is also survived by his sisters Diane Jeffcott and Barbara Thompson and their families.
He is predeceased by his parents James and Jean Conner, as well as his brother Charles, and nephew Christopher.
David served with the Toronto Fire Service for over 33 years and loved every minute.
He was a volunteer with the Ontario Regiment Museum for over 20 years, and had previously served with The Royal Regiment of Canada.
Funeral service and viewing will be on Friday April 15th from 10am – 12:30pm at MOUNT LAWN CEMETER, 21 Garrard Rd, Whitby followed by a drop-in reception from 1:30pm – 4:30pm at the Oshawa Regiment Museum/The Wing, 1000 Stevenson Rd. North, Oshawa.
