DEVENNEY, Betty Blanche (nee Hyde) Devenney   -  Passed peacefully into the presence of the Lord in her 88th year on Tuesday November 8th at Shepherd Lodge in Scarborough.

Lovingly remembered by her sons Trevor (MaryAnn) and Spencer, sisters Ruth LeRoy and Beula Rivers, niece Debbie Radkowski (Phil), nephew Dean Rivers, niece Cheryl Devenney, niece Janice Devenney (Robert), niece Jeanette Bon (Yvon), niece Jamie Barnum (David), along with loved relatives and friends.

Predeceased by her husband John 'Jack' Taylor Devenney, and her parents Rev. Clement Walter Hyde and Ivy Mae Hyde.

Born in New Brunswick, Betty grew up as a Pastor’s Daughter (PK), Graduated from Zion Bible College in 1955, married Jack Devenney in 1964 and raised two sons, her pride and joy. Her many passions included serving in the local Pentecostal Church, her Pekingese dogs, decorating and gardening.
