Cuppage MarionCUPPAGE, Marion Grace (nee HICKMAN)   -  Always good for a laugh It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Marion Cuppage on December 9, 2022.

Marion was born in Toronto to Arthur and Euthemia Grace, and lived her 83 years there.

She was predeceased by her parents; her three siblings: Eileen, Robert, and Darryl; and her husbands: John Coulter, Buddy Richardson, and James Cuppage.

Marion is survived by several beloved family members: her son, Andrew Coulter; grandchildren, Dudley and Madeline; sisters-in-law, Diane and Lina; and many nieces, nephews, stepchildren, and grandchildren.

She also leaves behind her lifelong friend, Marlene.

Marion wasn't shy to venture into a casino, a concert, a bowling alley, or to enjoy the odd martini (even if she had to sneak it in). She was always up for road trips, especially to Paisley, or for a celebration with friends, even if it was just to the local coffee shop.

Marion was known for her constant smile, inviting laugh, and positive attitude; there wasn't much that got her down. She was blessed to be surrounded by several close friends who she enjoyed playing cards and socializing with.

A large part of her life was spent as a caregiver to her family and friends; her kindness and generosity were felt by all who passed her way. Although not financially rich, Marion always felt very rich in life.

For the last eight years, Marion lived and shared her life with her sister-in-law and closest friend, Diane Hickman. Diane's love, care, and companionship were a constant blessing to her. She was also ever thankful for the love and support provided by Cathy Foti and Maryanne Welch.

Marion requested that her gravestone read, 'Always good for a laugh!'

The world has lost an extraordinary lady and she will be greatly missed by those who were lucky enough to have laughed along with her.

A Celebration of Life will take place in March at SIMPLE ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL CENTRE - PICKERING .
