STEPHENSON, Robert John - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Robert John Stephenson, age 73, peacefully at the Oak Ridges Hospice in Port Perry on July 23, 2023 after a short fight with cancer.
Bob was born in Toronto on November 17, 1949 and was pre-deceased by his loving wife, Audrey Stephenson (nee McCaughey).
He is survived by “his girls” Kristin Steves, and her husband Gerry, and Robin Suh, and her husband Dan.
He leaves 3 wonderful grandchildren, Katie, Jacob and Ben.
Bob is also survived by his dear sister, Barb Scaife.
Bob had a strong work ethic in his career of landscaping and construction.
He had tremendous pride in his beautiful gardens to showcase his huge love of plants and trees.
Bob enjoyed spending his time cheering on his beloved Toronto Maple Leafs and Blue Jays.
Cremation has taken place and a private interment will take place at a later date.
