WILLOUGHBY, William “Bill” Harry - Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, in his 95th year.
Beloved husband of the late June of 45 years.
Loving Dad of Elizabeth Bellingham (Ian), the late Lillian “Pam” Hurlbert (Robert), the late Grant Willoughby (Monica Chilvers), and Norman Willoughby.
Caring Grandpa of Stewart, Angela, Sean, Leslie, Philip, Jake, and several great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by his parents Christopher and Alice and brothers Christopher and Robert.
Bill will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend at McINTOSH-ANDERSON-KELLAM FUNERAL HOME LTD., 152 King St. E., Oshawa (905-433-5558) for a Funeral Service on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 3:00 p.m., with visitation one hour prior to the service.
