John was a loving son, brother, husband, father and uncle.

He is survived by his wife Lorraine (nee Knight) and daughter Jennifer (Joseph). He is also survived by his sisters, Carolyn (David) and Suzanne and brother Christopher (Nicole), along with his nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

A little later in life he went on to become a Technician at Bell Canada.

After taking an early retirement from Bell, John also worked for Promark Telecom and Aecon working as a locator.  Aside from his love for his family, John found joy riding his motorcycle, practicing meditation and was passionate about spending time at the cottage.

You could always find him puttering around, taking the kids water skiing or tubing, and visiting neighbours.

John's favorite saying was 'treat people as you would like to be treated', and this is exactly how he choose to live his life.

John was always welcoming and kind and positively impacted everyone he met, and he will be truly missed.
