FOOTE, James "Jim" - Passed away on Friday, September 8, 2023 at his residence in Oshawa at the age of 68.
Jim is survived by his brother David Foote and sister Mary Lynn Foote (Kane).
Loving father of Jason, Jessica Semard, and Ben Foote.
He will be loved and missed dearly by his partner Jean DeCoste.
He will be remembered by his sister-in-law Laurie Foote and brother-in-law Paul Kane; nephews Dany Foote, and Darryl and Adam Kane and niece Brittany Foote.
He will be missed by his countless family, friends and co-workers.
A very bright beacon has gone out in this world for us, in the one we call James Foote. For all that we’re warmed by Jim’s light, may Jim’s light always shine bright in us.

Visitation will take place at the Mount Lawn Funeral Home & Cemetery, 21 Garrard Road, Whitby on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the St. Michaels Hospital Foundation, Toronto would be appreciated by the family.
