BOYDEN, Fred - It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Frederick Henry Boyden on Monday, September 18th, 2023, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at the age of 92.
Loving husband of June Boyden (nee Campney) of 68 years.
Beloved father of Ken (Renata), Fred Jr. (Nancy), James (Jennifer). Proud grandfather of Amanda (Mark), Carly (Adam), Adam, Benjamin, Emily, Matthew, Michael, Madeline.
Proud great grandfather of Jack, Sean and Nora. Dear brother of Rick (Shelley), Betty (Mal) and stepbrother Malcolm (Judy).
Predeceased by stepbrothers Cecil and Doug.
The family would like to thank the staff at Lakeridge health Oshawa, 5G and 4F for their care and compassion throughout his illness.
Visitation will be held Sunday, September 24th, 2023, at Mount Lawn Funeral Home, 21 Garrard Road, Whitby, from 2:00 - 4:00 pm. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm in the chapel on Monday, September 25th, 2023, with burial to follow at MOUNT LAWN CEMETERY .
In Lieu of flowers, donations to Lakeridge Health Foundation, Oshawa would be appreciated.
