CODLIN, Thomas Allen Roy “Tom” -

September 7, 1948 – October 11, 2023

Passed away peacefully at his residence in Woodville on Wednesday October 11, 2023 at the age of 75 years.

Husband of 54 years to the love of his life late Nancy (nee Simpson).

Tom was a proud father to his two girls Laura-Lynn Wichman and Daina Bengel (Matthew), never missing an early morning figure skating practice or horse show.

Papa will always be remembered by Maeghan, Kate, Jenna, Grace, Daria, Bryson, Eliza, Brandon and by his great grandson Brecken.

Missed by his siblings. Betty-Lou (John) Kominko, Doris (Bob) Neuman, Janet (Paul) Armstrong, Doug (Sandy) Codlin, Lisa (Glen) Simpson and Peter (Lisa-Marie) Codlin and by brother-in-law Jim Fleming.

Pre-deceased by his sister Lucy Fleming. Aside from his dedication and love of family, Tom was a long-time employee of Brooklin Concrete Products until his retirement in 2019 after 50 years of devoted service.

When Tom was not travelling the globe with his family, he enjoyed using his many talents fixing things around the home or creating in his workshop.

Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Low and Low Funeral Home, 1763 Reach Street, Port Perry on Thursday October 19, 2023 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM. A celebration of both Tom and Nancy’s lives will be held at a later date.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to Lakeridge Health Foundation or Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre would be appreciated by the family.
