TAYLOR, David Roberts - With profound sadness, the family of David Taylor announce his passing on October 26, 2023 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at the age of 75.
Dave was predeceased by his beloved wife of 45 years, Barbara (nèe Small) and his parents Harry and Ruth.
He was the loving father to Vanessa (Prince Rupert, BC) and Christopher and dear Poppa to Kaitlynn and Dylan.
Fondly remembered by his friends and extended family.
Deeply missed by his Boston Terrier best friend Lola. Dave was a graduate of Shaw Business College and a proud employee of General Motors Canada for 30 years.
He was a lifelong summer resident of Sturgeon Lake in the Kawarthas and he treasured his time at the family cottage at Birch Point.
In keeping with Dave’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral.
Cremation has taken place and there will be a private family interment at Oshawa Union Cemetery.
