PERKINS, Lawrence “Larry” -
November 21, 1941 – January 4, 2024
Larry passed away peacefully in the presence of his Lord and Saviour with his beloved wife by his side.
Larry, in his 83rd year, shared 58 years of a loving and devoted marriage with Sharon (née Dale).
Dedicated father to Robert Perkins (Sharon).
Dear brother to Gordon (Jean) Perkins and Barbara (Mike) Picard. Cherished Grandpa to Victoria (Dimitri) Dionisatos and Joshua Perkins. Beloved brother-in-law of Joy (Gord) Brown, Japhia (John) Scott and treasured Uncle of Christopher, Daniel and their families. Adored honourary Papa to Noah, Anna and Hannah.
Endeared friend to many. Relatives and friends may join in his Celebration of Life service followed by refreshments at Calvary Baptist Church (main campus, 300 Rossland Rd E., Oshawa) on Friday January 12, 2024 at 11 am. At 10 am before the service there will be a time of visitation with the family in the church lobby.
A private family interment has been held at MOUNT LAWN CEMETERY .
Donations in memory of Larry if desired can be made at Calvary Baptist Church.
