Loving grandfather of Jamie (Allison) and Alex all of Toronto. Dear brother of the late Janice Cowan,

The family of Joseph Cowan will receive friends at the Wagg funeral home, Port Perry, on Thursday, April 4th from 6 – 8 p.m. A Private Family Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, April 5, 2024.
