Barrett LarryBARRETT, Larry Wayne -

JULY 19, 1953 – MARCH 26, 2024

Passed away peacefully with family by his side on March 26th at Lakeridge Health Oshawa.

Larry was predeceased by his parents Rose and Carmen and his brother Ron.

Cherished husband of Jeanette for 51 years.

Loving father of Christina (Troy), Michelle (Rudolf).

Proud Grandfather of Anthony, Danika, Benjamin and Maya.

Larry lived his life with a simple purpose, always putting his family first. His unwavering devotion to his loved ones was evident in every aspect of his life.

A dedicated husband, Larry shared a lifetime of love with his one and only, Jeanette.

Together, they built a home where everyone was welcome, and everyone was family. Larry was a pillar of support and guidance to his children, and grandchildren, instilling in them the values of hard work, early mornings, and resilience.

His willingness to help anyone and his gentle guidance will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

In addition to his roles as a husband, father and grandfather, Larry was a cherished friend and neighbour to many. His genuine kindness and infectious smile touched the lives of all who crossed his path.

Whether sharing stories, lending a helping hand, or simply checking in to see if others were okay, he had a knack for making everyone feel like his number one priority.

Larry leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion that will continue to inspire all who knew him. While he may no longer be with us in body, his spirit will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
