Vautour MarieVAUTOUR, Marie Charlene  - (February 18, 1971 - March 2, 2017) -

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Charlene Vautour, 46. Charlene passed away peacefully at home on Thursday March 2, 2017.

She was the daughter of Jeannita Vautour (Daigle) and the late Ernest Vautour.

Charlene will be sadly missed by her sisters Maureen Symons (Robert) of Ajax and Gisele Whalley of Bowmanville.

Proud Matante to Justin Symons (Montreal), Stephanie Symons (Fredericton, NB), Skylar Whalley (Bowmanville) and Devin Whalley (Bowmanville).

Her BFF Terra Williams (Oshawa) and her daughter Brooke Williams (Oshawa). Charlene will be greatly missed by her Acadien, Canadian and American aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Charlene loved music, especially Country music and Keith Urban, she loved to read ‘real books’ no e-reader for her, she was most happy relaxing at the beach or at the cottage in New Brunswick.

Charlene had a unique way of knowing when to bring people together. She always provided support in times of need without hesitation. She would do anything for her family and friends. Her yearly Christmas letter will be missed by many people.

We would like to thank all our family and friends who were so loving and caring in our time of need.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Oshawa.  Interment will be held in St Charles, N.B. in the summer of 2017.

In memory of Charlene, donations to Canadian Mental Health Association, Lakeridge Health Oshawa Cancer Centre or the Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
