COX, Ronald Kenneth – June 5th, 1926 – May 14th, 2017
Thirty-eight years of service at General Motors Assembly Plant Oshawa Car, Oshawa Truck, Ste. Therese and Scarborough Van.
Ron started his career as a Body Metal Worker and finished his career as Plant Manager.
Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on May 14th, 2017.
Survived by spouse Margaret (nee Broadfoot).
Cherished father of Joanne, David (Joyce), Robert (Monique), and Jim (Cindy).
Forever missed by grandchildren Berek, Laurelle, Katie, Maddi, Brandon, and Larissa and great-grandchildren Clementine, Elson, and Saphyrra.
He will be dearly missed by many family and friends.
Visitation will be held at ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME (124 King Street E., Oshawa) on Friday May 26th from 2-4 and 7-9pm.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday May 27th at 4pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family.
