GERARD, Michael - (January 3, 1956 - October 19, 2017)
Unexpectedly at St. Michael's Hospital on Thursday, October 19, 2017 in his 62nd year.
Predeceased by his parents, Philip and Barbara.
Survived by his brother Mark and his wife Karen, nephew Aaron and niece Laura. Sadly missed by his extended family.
Fondly remembered by his many friends and colleagues at OPG.
Michael led an active life; he was an engineer, who had his pilot's licence, he skied, curled, played rugby and enjoyed sketching, painting and aircraft-model building.
He was passionate about fund raising for Cancer Research and giving back to the community.
A Celebration of Life will take place at McEachnie Family Centre, 20 Church St. N., Ajax (located beside the McEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Old Kingston Rd., Ajax) on Saturday, October 28th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
