KING, Wilma (née Hamilton) - It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Wilma, 81, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Saturday, October 28th, 2017.
Beloved wife of 54 years of Donald King.
Cherished mother of sons Scott (Patty) and Dwayne (Mary), loving grandmother to Shannon (Colton), Victoria, Robert and Katlin, Kris (Sarah) and great grandson Kaedon.
Beloved sister Kay Beggs (of Lindsay) and sister-in-law Ina King (of Napanee).
She is predeceased by parents, George and Elsie Hamilton (née McGill), and siblings Joyce, Vivian (Bibs), Ross and Roy. Sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews.
Wilma was born in Pontypool but spent most of her life in Oshawa where she made many lifelong friends.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Wilma at the celebration of her life to be held at COURTICE FUNERAL CHAPEL (1587 Hwy #2, Courtice) on Saturday, November 4th at 11:00 a.m.
As per Wilma’s wishes, please come casually dressed.
As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Society, Cancer Society and Oshawa Senior Citizen Centre, John Street Branch.
