Crowells LoisCROWELLS, Lois (nee Gavas)  - Nov 12th, 1930 – Nov 16th, 2017

Passed away peacefully, with family by her side, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Thursday, November 16th, 2017 at the age of 87.

Lois will be lovingly remembered by her son Joe Glover (Janet) and daughter Christine Glover-Mainse (John) and her only surviving brother Don Gavas (Mariana).

Predeceased by sister Eleanor Van DeWalker, and brothers Floyd Gavas and Ron Gooding.

Cherished by her 6 grandchildren, Joel, Justin, Jayme, Jade, Chase and Jenna-Lee, and 5 great grandchildren, Josh, Alex, Olivia, Makenna and Kaiden. Lois had a wonderful life and will be forever remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and dear friends. Many thanks to the nurses, doctors and staff of Lakeridge Health Oshawa Supportive Care.

Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Tuesday November 21st from 11:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m.

For those who so desire, memorial donations in memory of Lois may be made to Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation or Children's Wish Foundation.
