de BOER, Florence Jeannette Philomena Maria (nee Jaspers) - It is with deep sadness that the family of Florence de Boer announces her passing on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at the age of 87.
Florrie was predeceased by her loving husband of 55 years, Ben de Boer, in 2009.
She will be lovingly remembered by her four children Adrian (Silvana), Paul (Karin), Joan Norton (Dan) and Janet Worsley (Harry).
Oma will forever be in the hearts of her twelve beloved grandchildren Steven, Lizz (Sean), Brien (Natalia), Ben (Brooke), John, Jennie, Nicole, Richard, A.J. (Adam), Bowen, Kris and Sanne.
Florence will also be dearly remembered by her sister Jeannette Klomp (Jo), her brother Jan (Mieke, predeceased) and was predeceased by her loving sister Hilde.
A funeral service will be held at the Low and Low Funeral Home, Uxbridge, on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at 11am, with visitation for one hour prior. A reception will follow.
If desired, donations in memory of Florence may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Durham Region, the Uxbridge Cottage Hospital Foundation or the Port Perry Hospital Foundation.
