DEANS, Gwendoline "Gwen" - In loving memory of Gwen Deans who passed away peacefully February 14, 2018 at Southlake Hospital, 8:43p.m.
Forever in our hearts, missed and forever loved by husband Max, daughters Mandy (Ron), Karen (Chris), Sarah (Terry), and granddaughters Natalie, Samantha and Courtney.
Gwen always had a song in her heart and a natural gift of bringing people together for conversation, tea and friendship. Known to love “a bit of fun”, her wit, feisty words and ability to make others around her feel at ease always shone through.
She enjoyed cheering for her favourite team, the Blue Jays, singing in the choir and appreciating the sights and sounds of Mother Nature. Thank you to the doctors, staff and nurses at the Uxbridge Cottage Hospital, Markham Stouffville and Southlake Hospitals.
The family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m. at the Low and Low Funeral Home, Uxbridge, on Saturday, February 17, 2018 until service time at 2:00 p.m. A reception will immediately follow.
In memory of Gwen and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Uxbridge Cottage Hospital Foundation.
