McNEVITTS, Stephen “Steve” - It is with great sadness the family announce Stephen’s peaceful passing on Friday, March 2, 2018 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at the age of 65.
Beloved husband of Cherie for 41 years.
Dear brother of Greg, Mark (Marilyn), Martha (Dan), Jane (Gary) and Jerome (Millie).
Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Predeceased by his parents Tony and MaryLou.
Stephen worked as a professional chartered accountant for 45 years in both Toronto and Regina. He was an avid golfer and loved to travel with Cherie.
Friends and family may call at the Low and Low Funeral Home, Uxbridge on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 from 6-9pm. Mass will be held at the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, 70 Toronto Street, Uxbridge on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 11am. A reception will be held at the Wooden Sticks Golf Course, 40 Elgin Park Drive, Uxbridge immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Stephen’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity important to you.
