REID, Mary - Peacefully, passed away with her family by her side at The Spencer House in Orillia on March 4 2018, at the age of 93.
Mary was the wife of the late Ross Reid for over 50 years.
Loving mother of Bill, Ron, Andrew, Ann, Theresa, Jane and Michelle.
She will be missed by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mary was daughter of Edward and Fay Vance born in Ireland
Supported World War 2 alongside her mother in England and soon married a Canadian Soldier William Babich and moved to Canada.
Mary lived in Oshawa, Ontario for many years raising her family. Mary enjoyed her home, her gardens and nature. She enjoyed a great deal of time camping alongside her husband, children and grandchildren.
Mary will be laid to rest alongside her husband at Mount Lawn Cemetery, Whitby.
