PEARD, Walter "Doug" - Peacefully, in his 89th year, on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Lakeridge Health Ajax Pickering Hospital, with his daughter Sandy and son David by his side.
Beloved husband of 67 years to Yvonne Peard. Loving father of Sandy (Ron) Hodder, David (Helen) Peard, and Sharon Peard (Amanda Schumacher).
Cherished Grampa to Jennifer (Richard) Szymanski, Kathryn (Mark) Edwards, Adam (Crystal) Peard, and Jason (Cheri) Peard. Proud Great-Grandfather to Leah and Averie Szymanski, Natalia and Easton Peard, and Lyla Edwards.
The family will receive friends at McEachnie Funeral Home, Ajax on Saturday, March 17th at 3:00 p.m. followed by service in the Chapel. Cremation.
