CHOSEN, Paul - It is with great sadness that our family announces the sudden passing of Paul David Chosen in his 56th year, on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at the Guelph General Hospital.
Beloved son of Norma and Walter Chosen; greatly missed by his sister Carol (Mike Hawkins) and brother Alan (Lori); sadly missed by cherished nieces Laura and Valerie Hawkins and Sarah Chosen.
Visitation will be at the McEachnie Funeral Home, Ajax, on Friday, March 23, 2018 at 12:00 pm, followed by a service at 2:00 pm in the Chapel.
Donations may be made in Paul’s name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in lieu of flowers.
