EYRE, Dorene Agnes nee Almond - It is with great sadness the Eyre family announces the peaceful passing of Dorene Eyre on April 20th, 2018 in her 96th, year.
Beloved wife of the late John Eyre of Whitby.
Loving mother of Janice (Jim Lee), Monica, Rick, Jill (Jim), John (Sandra) and Bill (Joanne).
Proud grandma of Jim (Cara), Michele (Huw), Michael (Katherine), Carley, Jessica, Heidi, Lindsey and Richard and great grandma of Lucy, Ginny, Jimmy, Charlotte, Mia, Matteo, Preston and Connor.
Predeceased by her brothers and sisters George Almond (Joyce), Connie Knox (Harry), and Theresa David (Wilf). Dorene will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
The children of Dorene would like to thank Hillsdale Terraces staff for all of their support and love they have given to our Mom, special mention to PSW’s Margaret and Jackie and RN’s Julie and Frances.
As well as Brian, you made my Mom’s life complete, Thank You Brian.
Visitation will be held at the OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME , 847 King Street West, (905-721-1234) on Wednesday, April 25th 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m.
