BURNS, Robert Burns - After a lengthy illness, on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at the Uxbridge Cottage Hospital, at age 83.
Robert “Spike” Burns, devoted husband of Roberta Ann “Robin” (nee Spotton) of Port Perry.
Loving father of Peggy, Scott, and Chris, loving step-father of Karen, Kathy, Terry, Ronnie, Kevin, Steven, and Robin.
Caring grandfather of 21 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Born in Oshawa and lived more than 30 years in Muskoka.
Nationally recognized and decorated boat racer and honourable member of the Canadian Power Boating Hall of Fame and Canadian Boating Federation of Canada Hall of Fame.
The Family will be planning a Celebration of Life at a later date.
