Passed away at his home in Acton surrounded by his family on Saturday morning July 21, 2018, in his 73rd year. After a two-year long battle with biliary cancer. Dad took his final stand in his garage (his man cave), the place he loved the most.

Dad, known for his big contagious smile and loud distinctive laugh, will forever be remembered and his story will continue to be told.

Beloved husband of Karen (nee Mudge) for 46 years. Cherished father to Leisa (Chris) Chorzepa, Mark (Rasha), Shaun (May’ling), and Craig (Brittany).

Son of Betty Joyce (nee Maloney) and the late Edward Joyce and the late William McDonald.

Together with Debra McDonald (nee Gascho), Michael was the loving father of Matthew (Ashley) and John. Dear brother of Kevin, Bill, Kathy McDonald and Maureen Boulanger.

Poole JunePOOLE, June Mary - (1924 - 2018) - June lived an incredible life, having seen the best and worst the 20th Century had to offer, but sadly succumbed to congestive heart failure – in her sleep– at Cawthra Gardens Long Term Care Residence on Wednesday, July 18, 2018. She was 94 years old.

June was born in Toronto and considered herself a Torontonian for most of her life. She found the love of her life in RAF navigator Albert (Al) after World War II, and they married in 1946. A move to Corner Brook, Newfoundland soon followed, as did their daughters Margaret-Ann (Penny) in 1948 and Arlene in1955.

In 1957, Al’s job brought the family back to Toronto where they would stay for most of their lives until June and Al discovered the joys of boating in the 1970s.

She was born November 4, 1993 in Toronto, to Norman Ronka and Kim MacKay. Jessica was a unique light whose first instinct was always to help guide those who had lost their way. She will be remembered as the artist that she was, loving to laugh, dance and paint.

She is survived by her parents, Kim MacKay and Norman Ronka and his wife Barbara; her brother and stepbrother, Bobby and Devin, respectively; as well as her aunts and uncles, and many cousins and friends.
