Mackenzie JackMACKENZIE, John 'Jack' - Passed away peacefully at Creek Way Village, Burlington, on Saturday, July 2, 2016, at the age of 93.

Loving and devoted husband of Ethel (née King) for over 65 years. Cherished father of Ann Echlin (late Randall) and Ian Mackenzie. Proud grandfather of Elizabeth “Libby” and Robert Echlin and Heather and Shane Mackenzie.

Jack will be lovingly remembered by his surviving siblings James Mackenzie (late Evelyn) and Eric Mackenzie (late Gail), and is predeceased by siblings; Barbara Brooks (late James), Robert Mackenzie (late Betty), and William Mackenzie (late Pat).

He will also be missed by extended family and numerous friends.

The family wishes to extend their sincerest thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Creek Way Village for the exceptional care provided.

Private Cremation has taken place. A visitation will be held at Creek Way Village (5200 Corporate Drive, Burlington), on Saturday, July 16th  from 3pm until the time of Service of Remembrance beginning at 3:45pm.

As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations in Jack’s memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation Ontario would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
