Shore RonSHORE, Ronald Norman - (November 16, 1934 - October 16, 2016) -

(Past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus, Marian Council No. 3881, 4th Degree Bishop Reading Assembly and 60th Degree Association, Past Faithful Navigator of the Bishop Reading Assembly, and Former District Deputy of District 67)

Peacefully on Sunday, October 16, 2016 surrounded by the love of his family.

Ron will be greatly missed by his beloved wife, Helen (Wilhelm), of 56 years. He was the proud father of Patricia (Brian Hood), Deborah (Stephen Baker) and Gary Shore (Jennifer Fenton). The most cherished grandfather of Jennifer, Kristan, Melanie, Christopher, April, Carolyn, and Ronnie and their partners.

Adored Poppa Great of Alora, Lerato, Miriam, Adelynn, Lincoln, Willow, Sadie and Rowan.

Dearest older brother of Marlene (Grant Goodwin) and Nancy (the late Dick Johnson) and brother-in-law of Betty (Wilhelm) Morse, John Wilhelm (the late Diane), and Jean (Wilhelm) and Gary Kritz. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends. Predeceased by his parents, Leonard and Dolly Shore (Frieburger).

Ron was Director of Manufacturing at LeBlanc and Royal Communications where he worked for over 25 years.

Visitation will be held at the Kopriva Taylor funeral home, Oakville, Ontario on Wednesday, October 19th from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Parish prayers and Knights of Columbus presentation will be held on Wednesday.

Funeral mass will be held at St. Dominic Roman Catholic Church, 2415 Rebecca St., Oakville on Thursday, October 20th at 10:00 a.m. Reception immediately following at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 1494 Wallace Rd., Oakville Ontario.
