McCulloch SonnyMcCULLOCH, Lyle 'Sonny' - (July 7, 1943 - February 13, 2017) - It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Sonny after a courageous and hard-fought battle with cancer.

Sonny was one of seven children born to Lyle and Grace McCulloch of Verdun Montreal.

Sonny spent many years working for Quebecor before leaving Montreal in the early 80’s and settling in Oakville and North York where he worked until retirement with MacLean Hunter printing. Sonny retired to Bronte with a gorgeous view of the marina right out his front window.

Sonny was the loving husband of Dianne and father of Glen and Laura (Mark McCormack). Sonny will be fondly remembered by his 6 grandchildren, Colin, Matthew, Michael, Jacob, Christina and Megan.

Sonny will be missed by brothers, Billy, Gerry, Jimmy and sister Linda along with his many nieces and nephew.

Memorial Visitation will be held at Glen Oaks funeral home, Oakville on February 18th from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m., with the Memorial Service to begin in the chapel at 10:00 a.m.  Reception to follow.
