Shaw BettySHAW, Betty - It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Betty on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 in her 91st year, with family by her side.

Predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Philip.

Loving mother of Lynn (Jamie), Carol (Graham), Graham (Cindy) and Brian (Kathy). A wonderful grandmother to Geoff, Katie, Ann Marie, Christopher, David, Gordon, Stephanie and Riley. Great-grandmother to Kayden who brought huge smiles this past year.

She will be sadly missed by her siblings Ralph (Maxine), Cliff (MaryLou), Allan (Eileen) and Elsie and by her many nieces and nephews.

Betty loved to dance and sing and with her sweet demeanor was loved by all who met her.

Many thanks go to her incredible loving private care Feby, Lunie, Gillian and Irene and to the Village of Tansley Woods Retirement staff who all cared for Betty with loving hearts.

Visitation will be held at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home, 64 Lakeshore Road West, Oakville Sunday, March 19th from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. with a service to celebrate Betty’s life at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel.
