Cormach JessieCORMACK, Jessie  — Following an illness, she passed away peacefully at the age of 87 surrounded by the love of her family at Trillium Hospital in Mississauga on April 2, 2017.

Faithful wife of the late Douglas William Cormack and devoted mother of seven children including Mark Cormack, Heather Donaldson (David), Paul Cormack (Vanessa), Laura Scheckter, Michael Cormack (Laura), Sandra Wilson (Wayne) and Fiona Reine (Gerald Baran).

A doting grandmother, she is survived by one great-grandson and fifteen grandchildren across Canada, the United Kingdom and South Africa.

Loving sister to Anna Fearon (Daniel) and predeceased by her brothers William (Doreen) and Matthew as well as step-sisters Betty and Jean Watson.

She was friend to many in Ontario and in Vancouver Island, where she lived for much of her adult life. Jessie's family express great appreciation to Bough Beeches Place Retirement Residence and to the talented doctors and staff at Trillium Hospital in Mississauga.

Visitation will be held at Glen Oaks Funeral Home & Cemetery, 3164 Ninth Line Oakville, on Tuesday, April 18th from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.

The service and celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at 11 a.m. in the chapel with reception to follow. Interment will be in Toronto.
