MOORE, Jennie (nee HERMAN)  - Passed away peacefully at Northridge Long Term Care in Oakville, Ontario, on April 8, 2017.

Predeceased by her loving husband Tom (2015).

Cherished mother of Stacie Moore and Jennifer Poulin (Patrice). Beloved grandmother of Alexandre and Noah.

Also survived by her sister Minnie Herman. Predeceased by her brother Herald Herman.

 

Jennie was a devoted mother, wife and grandmother. She was very kind, positive and loved to make people laugh.

Friends and family are invited to visit at the Ward Funeral Home, Oakville, on Monday, April 10th from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 300 River Oaks Blvd. East, Oakville, on Tuesday, April 11th at 10:30 a.m. Reception to follow.

Donations in memory of Jennie to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated by the family.
