BABEL, Joseph L. 'Joe' - (August 13, 1939 - February 22, 2017) -
Born August 13,1939 to Polish immigrants Mary and Joseph, Joe Babel grew up in Kirkland Lake, Ontario with older sister Stella (Kastelic).
As a young Northerner Joe enjoyed playing football and hockey and was a lifelong sports enthusiast.
Once married, Joe and his wife Penny (Schram) moved to Burlington where they raised daughters Lisa and Melissa. They welcomed Mike Federchuk (Lisa) and Scott McVicar (Melissa) to the family and became proud grandparents to Mikayla and Alex Federchuk and Owen and Leah McVicar.

Pete was born in the Netherlands, and immigrated with his family at a young age to Taber, Alberta. He graduated from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology at the top of his class receiving a red seal as a sheet metal mechanic. In 1986, Peter packed up his family and made the big move out East to Brampton, Ontario where he lived for a number of years before putting down his roots in Milton. He was well known in the neighbourhood as the person to go-to for help, advice or conversation.

Born in Hamilton, Bill retired from Stelco after 42 years of service at both Hilton Works and Lake Erie Works before moving to British Columbia in 1987. He had recently returned to Burlington.
