Bill was predeceased by his wife of over 60 years, Diana.

It is with great sadness the family announces the death of their loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend on April 16, 2017, at Wyndham Manor, Oakville.

Olga was born at home in the small town of Mannville, Alberta, the fourth (and last surviving) of the six children of John and Carrie Burch.

She married Charles Allison and lived in Edmonton (Highlands) for a few years.

Douglas was predeceased by son John Steen.


Caughill JamesCAUGHILL, James - (1948 - 2017) - It is with sadness that we announce the passing of longtime Milton resident James Caughill, who died peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital on Sunday, April 16, 2017.

James leaves behind his loving children; Jenna and Kevin (Candace) as well as his grandchildren; Tristen, Kaitlyn and Zachery. He will be remembered by his sister Anne and his many nieces, nephews and cousins.

James is predeceased by his sisters Ricki and Jackie.

James was the band leader for J.C. and the Squires who will miss him terribly.

Alan had great pride in John Deere, where he had a long and illustrious career. In his youth he was an avid and exceptional athlete, excelling in basketball, hockey and football. His long term passion was golf where he will be remembered for his exceptional play and being a pleasure to play with.

Bruce JohnBRUCE, John 'Neil'  - J. Neil Bruce of Milton passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Saturday, April 15, 2017 after a courageous and hard-fought battle with Alzheimer's and cancer.

He was 91.

Neil was born in Toronto on April 7, 1926. During WWII he forged his birth certificate to enlist early in the Royal Canadian Navy.

Though he didn't personally see combat he lost his dear uncle and many close friends.
