Bryant RobertBRYANT, Robert Harry - The heart of our family stopped on September 15, 2016 when, in his typical, no-nonsense fashion, Bob unexpectedly passed away.

He is survived by his wife of 47 "wonderful, wonderful years", his travel partner extraordinaire, Janet (nee Watt); his son Clay (Kelly) and his daughter, Michelle (Kyle).

There was nothing more important on this planet than the absolute loves of his life, his 6 grandchildren: Shane (Emily), Megan, Paige, Ava, Joel and Jordan.

He is predeceased by his parents, Bill and June, his brother Michael and his in-laws, Noreen and Donald Watt. He is survived by his sister Janine White (Rob), his sisters-in-law Linda and Donna and his brother-in-law Ian.

His many nieces and nephews will forever miss their Uncle Bobby and his never-ending tales.

When spending time with Bob, you knew you were going to be subjected to his opinion which often lacked a filter. But no matter what, we always came back for more. He was larger than life, with a sense of humour, smile and wit to match. His friends, way too many to mention, were a cornerstone of his life and he loved every one of you. You all know who you are.

Bear's love for the Alabama Crimson Tide was legendary. The climax coming just two short weeks ago when he managed to convince a Notre Dame - supporting Catholic Priest to say "Roll Tide". No one was more persuasive than Bear. A lifelong Ti-Cat supporter and Mac Marauders fan, his presence will be missed by all who shared those games with him.

Please join us for Bear's Celebration of Life on Tuesday, September 20th at Michelangelo Banquet Centre, 1555
Upper Ottawa Street, Hamilton from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to JDRF.

In keeping with the man he was, please join us for Storytelling beginning at 6:00 p.m.
