Beaudet LillianBEAUDET, Lillian Augustine - August 14, 1933 - February 7, 2017

With the same courage and tenacity that she faced her illness, Lillian rose to the Heavens to be reunited with her husband Frank who passed 16 years ago.

Lillian is survived by her four children, Rick and Shelley, Gary and Sharon , Lisa Kouwenberg and John, Judy DiClaudio and Eusanio. Loving grand-mère to Matt, Justin, Ricki-Lea, Logan, Reyelle, Garret, Larissa and Simona.

Lillian is predeceased by her parents Eugenio and Giaconda “Joe and Josie” Mattiuz and her siblings Anne Mutart (Bob), Anita Carr (Alec), Gene Mattiuz (Gwen), Jerry Mattiuz (Audrey) and Tony Manning (Tom).

Lillian is survived by her brother-in-law Johnny Beaudet (Cecile), Guy Goulet (late wife Rachelle) and Leona Beaudet (late husband Marcel).

Also predeceased by in-laws, Ben and Fleurette Beaulieu, Maurice and Anita Lapointe, Reul and Paula Lessard, Guy and Susie Beaudet, Arthur and Gervaise Legresley, Raymonde Smith and Anita Beaudet.

Lillian was cared for at home by her family until her last breath. This was made possible by the constant support of the Stonechurch Family Health Centre and in particular, Kim McMillan, who consistently went above and beyond to provide Lillian with the best care possible. And also to our team of incredible caregivers. No words can convey what you have meant to Lillian “Lola” and to our family. God Bless Dang, Malou, Dora, Dulce, Lovelyn and Virna for walking the journey with us and for allowing Lillian to maintain her dignity in the face of a devastating illness.

Friends and family will be received at Cresmount Funeral Home - Fennell Chapel, Hamilton, on Friday, February 10, 2017 from 1-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 19 Viewpoint Ave, Hamilton at 11 a.m., Saturday, February 11, 2017.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Hamilton and Halton or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
